Apein is a young Sasquatch for its Tropic Form, and a young Yeti for its Frigid Form. Its body resembles an overweight young child. It has a large belly with a belly button, two arms with big hands and four fingers, two legs with three toes on each foot, and a round head with two ears, cheeks that look like Missingno., two nostrils, two eyes with black pupils, and a curved w-shaped mouth. The Tropic Form has black fur with a light gray chest area, light gray toes, light gray fingers and a light gray face, and pink cheeks. The Frigid Form has white fur, with the gray areas having a darker shade than the Tropic Form, and blue cheeks.

Habitat[]
They are found both on the ground and slightly more commonly in trees. Wild Tropic Form Apein are found in Headbutt Trees and in the grass in the Tropic Jungle, while Wild Frigid Form Apein are found in Headbutt Trees and in the grass in the Frosthail Forest.
Shiny Coloration Differences[]
For Shiny Tropic Form Apein, the black turns a dark blue, the gray turns yellow, and the cheeks turn a hot pink. Shiny Frigid Form Apein do not have any Coloration Differences at this time, however. Hopefully, this is subject to change.

So far, Frigid Form Apein is the only Pokémon that doesn't have its own Shiny Coloration yet. However, they still can be found Shiny in their Frigid Form.
