Bouldoise is a dual-type Rock/Ground Pokémon.

It evolves from Tortarock starting at level 36.

Biology[]

Physiology[]

Bouldoise is a Pokémon based on a tortoise. It has four brown legs with three claws made of stone on each foot and three additional gray stones on each leg, a brown tail, a green underbelly, a large shell with a huge boulder at the base and four stone spikes on top that are all gray, and three gray stones on top of its brown head, which includes a green face with two stone gray cheeks and two white eyes with black pupils. Like Tortarock, Bouldoise has green below the rocks that make up its shell.

Gender Differences[]

None.

Special Abilities[]

Bouldoise's shells are said to be near impenetrable. There have been records of Legenix dropping them from miles above Earth, only to land and walk away unscathed.

Behavior[]

Bouldoise's shells are romured to be near impenetrable. They are so sturdy, in fact, that not even being dropped from miles above Earth by Legenix can't break them, leaving Bouldoise able to land and walk away completely unharmed.

Habitat[]

Wild Bouldoise are found on Route 19 and at the Victory Isle, with the former able to be encountered by Rock Smash and the latter by that and by walking in the grass.

Shiny Coloration Differences[]

For Shiny Bouldoise, the green turns orange, the brown turns yellow, and the gray rocks and boulders all turn light brown.
