Effect

Cotton Spore lowers the target's Speed stat by two stages.

Grass-type Pokémon, Pokémon with Overcoat, and Pokémon holding the Safety Goggles are now immune to Cotton Spore.

In Double and Triple Battles, Cotton Spore now targets all adjacent foes.

Description The user releases cotton-like spores that cling to the opposing Pokémon, which harshly lowers their Speed stat.
