Jeweltal is a large scarab Pokémon. It has a yellow and black abdomen with a small sapphire on its back, six blue legs with yellow tips, two yellow and blue wings, and a black and yellow head with two small blue fangs, two short blue horns, and two white eyes with blue irises and black pupils; the eyes are half closed, and it has yellow eyelids.

Habitat[]
Wild Jeweltal are found in the Jewel Mine, in the grass in the Ancient Pass and in the Crystal Cave.
Shiny Coloration Differences[]
For Shiny Jeweltal, the blue turns green, the yellow aside from the wings turns orange, the yellow on the wings turns pink and the black turns brown.

In its old design, Jeweltal has black legs, an indigo colored head and back part of its abdomen, its wings were pale blue and green, small pale green fangs, and pale blue eyelids. Its pose was the same, however.

Jeweltal's name is comes from the words Jewel and beetle, but the former word is misspelled.
