Effect

Lovely Kiss causes the target to fall asleep if it hits.

Pokémon with Insomnia or Vital Spirit as their Ability are unaffected by Lovely Kiss. Pokémon under the effect of Sweet Veil are also unaffected by Lovely Kiss. Sweet Kiss will also fail if any active Pokémon uses Uproar and it's still in effect.

Description With a scary face, the user tries to force a kiss on the target. If it succeeds, the target falls asleep.
