Serpyro is a dual-type Dragon/Fire Pokémon.

It evolves into Slitheat starting at level 48, which evolves into Blazilisk starting at level 65.

Biology[]

Physiology[]

Serpyro is a small dragon-snake hybrid Pokémon. It has a red underbelly, and two yellow stripes, one on each side, in between the underbelly and the upper part of its body, which is black. The tip of its tail has a yellow flame pattern. It has two green eyes with pinprick black pupils, red around the eyes, two yellow eyebrows with flame patterns, and two small downwards facing fangs from its upper jaw.

Serpyro prefer living in the hottest parts of the volcanoes, especially where it's dark and an abundance of active vents. As such, sightings of Serpyro are incredibly rare.

Habitat[]

There are no Wild Serpyro in the game. However, you can receive one from an Egg from Rex after defeating Lizzy. Choose the red egg, and it will hatch into Serpyro. Don't worry if you chose a different egg; you can also find a Serpyro egg in the Tropic Cave.

Shiny Coloration Differences[]

For Shiny Serpyro, the green turns blue, the red turns hot pink, the yellow turns yellowish-orange with some pink saturation, and the black also gains pink saturation.
